Q&A with Clairety starts NOW.
Don't be modest, elf.
1) what on EARTH is 'FACEBOOK'???

mark and howard said...

2) is a mango REALLY that difficult to eat?

mark and howard said...

3) what IS it with monkeys????

Facebook is an internet networking site.
It is relatively new compared to Bebo and Myspace.
It however is for over 18s, however you do not need to put your age.
You can enjoy a varied number of activites on Facebook, which include finding old school friends, making people vampires, choosing between whether you would like to be a pirate or a ninja, comparing your friends, having a virtual pet...etc etc.

Unfortunetely I must say I have never eaten a mango myself. I have sold them and they don't look particularily appertising from the outside, I have eaten/drunk things with mango in it. But never had the chance to eat one.

Monkeys, well can't you just tell from the name?

amazing. It's a different world out there since i was a kid. I think i'll stay right here until this warped phase passes.

blimey. i wish i'd had an academic elf around when i was a younger middle terrapin. maybe even back when i was a younger second terrapin. I am AMAZED about facebook. i thought it was makeup. Good job i asked. I do actually want to be a pirate so would like something that gave me the facility to make that choice.
As for my mango question, it remains essentially unanswered. but it disturbs me to think you have 'sold' them. why?
Monkeys - good point.
overall, nice answers from a nice helpful elf. i shall be using your service again and would recommend it to others.
Mark.

I sold them
Because I once worked and lived in a fruit and vegetable shops.
I moved out after about 9 months.
I discovered fruit and veg is not my calling, however I did get quite passionate about them.
But the flies were aweful, and kept pushing me over :(

mark and howard said...

aweSOME but awFUL, elf. We have been reconstructing the shop-based mango-selling episode you describe - it's not surprising you have never eaten a mango after that. Those flies must have been horrible. Is it possible for you to give some sort of human measure for how tall you actually are, or is it an elfen secret? (It would help to refine our reconstruction.)

Claireity said...

Hmm.
I'm not sure.
In elven measurements
I am 140 elvenmetres
I do not know the human equivalent.

mark and howard said...

well in human measurements 140 is still quite a big number, so that must be quite a lot of smallness.
